Shipping
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days; US shipping takes another 2–5 business days after that. You'll get a tracking email when your order leaves the facility.
We currently ship within the United States.
Returns & replacements
Made to order means your piece didn't exist until you ordered it — so we don't do general returns. What we do stand behind, fully:
- Misprints, damage, or defects: send a photo within 30 days of delivery through the contact page and we'll reprint or refund, your choice.
- Wrong item: same deal — photo, 30 days, we make it right.
- Fit issues: check the size guide before ordering; if something still doesn't work, contact us and we'll sort it case by case.
Order changes & cancellations
Orders go to production fast. If you need to change or cancel, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to catch it.
