Refund policy

Every Just Flow piece is made to order — your item is produced when you order it. Because of that, we don't offer general returns or buyer's-remorse refunds.

What we fully stand behind:

• Misprints, damage, or defects: contact us with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint the item or refund you — your choice.
• Wrong item received: photo within 30 days, we make it right at no cost.

Sizing: please check the size guide before ordering. We can't exchange sizes on made-to-order goods, but if something doesn't work, contact us and we'll handle it case by case.

Cancellations: orders enter production quickly. Contact us within 12 hours of placing an order and we'll do our best to catch it before it prints.

All claims go through our contact page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
